This beautifully illustrated set of 12 double-sided endangered animals is a wonderful way to nurture a child’s understanding of our fragile natural world and inspire them to care for it.

The flat bases allow the animals to be used in an upright position to better facilitate play.
One side of each piece depicts a male/female adult, with each reverse showing a related baby in a different pose, enabling children to sort and compare the animals based on their attributes.
This can be enhanced by studying the artwork with a magnifier. There are also clues to the habitats of the animals, providing a stimulus for discussion and the sharing of ideas.
The set is divided in to six families: elephant, orangutan, panda, rhinoceros, snow leopard, and tiger.
